    Will I receive the same product I see in the picture?

    Yes, you will receive the same product shown in the picture. However, because many items from the North East—such as handloom textiles, handicrafts, organic foods, and wooden crafts—are individually handmade by local artisans, subtle variations in weave, texture, or natural color shade can occur. These minor differences are a hallmark of genuine, handcrafted products and make each piece unique.

    Where can I view my order receipt?

    • Email Confirmation: As soon as your order is placed, a copy of your receipt/invoice is automatically sent to your registered email address.

    • Your Account Dashboard: Log in to madeinnortheast.in, go to My Account > Orders, select your order, and click View/Download Receipt.

    • With Your Package: A physical printed invoice is also included inside your order package upon delivery.

    Will you restock items shown as "out of stock"?

    Yes, we frequently restock popular items! However, because many of our unique handloom textiles, handicrafts, and regional specialties are handcrafted by independent artisans and local cooperatives across the North East, restocking times can vary based on production schedules and seasonal availability.

    If an item you love is currently marked as "Out of Stock":

    1. Click the "Notify Me When Available" button on the product page to receive an instant email/WhatsApp notification as soon as it's back.

    2. Reach out to our team at support@madeinnortheast.in with the product name, and we can check availability or pre-order status directly with our artisans for you.

    Where do you deliver?

    We ship across all pin codes in India! Whether you are located in a major metro city or a tier-2/tier-3 town, our courier partners deliver directly to your doorstep.

    At checkout, simply enter your complete shipping address and pin code to view available delivery options and estimated delivery times for your location.

    (Note: For international shipping requests outside of India, please write to us directly at support@madeinnortheast.in before placing your order.)
